Three Ingredients
My mom shared this recipe with me, and I thought I'd pass it along to y'all: What do you get when you combine an 18 oz. package of Oreos, 8 oz. of cream cheese, and a bag of chocolate chips? Oreo Truffles! Take the bag of Oreos and pulverize them (a food processor works well for this). Add in the cream cheese and mix thoroughly (again - food processor = very handy). Scoop and roll the mixture into balls of about 1 to 1-1/2T each and chill thoroughly. Once they are firm, melt the chocolate chips and dip the balls in the chocolate. Let the chocolate harden, and enjoy! On the Macro Guessing Game front... I won't say who has gotten the most right yet, but I will tell you that no one has gotten all of them yet. =) Labels: Recipes |

Wow. Those sound delicious. Its ages since I made anything like that - I might need to make a trip to the supermarket tomorrow for some ingredients!
Those look super yummy...I happen to have both Oreos and cream cheese in the fridge...Then again, hubby might have already started on the cookies. I think I know all but one of the pics--we'll see if I get an epiphany before the game is over.

I can HEAR my blood sugar levels topping out and crashing monsoon-like into every vein and corpuscle, overwhelming them completely, pushing a wave of debris and destruction before it in an awful, awful tidal wave of severe diabetic shock.
But it would soooo be worth it.
I totally ganked this recipe, I hope to try it out soon!
